We all agree. Diversity of all kinds is beneficial to international companies. It fosters creativity and it improves the bottom line.  So why is there so much talk, and so little action? What is at the root of the issue? 

Join us for an interactive discussion about concrete solutions – next steps to encourage real change, towards a workplace where diversity will simply be a fact. 

Program speakers include:

Rachel Osikoya, Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Maersk Group, will discuss the role of Unconscious Bias in our HR processes, how prevalent - and invisible - it is, and how it stops us from making the best decisions - without us even knowing it. She will share how Maersk is working to uncover bias within their organization, from employees to the leadership. A mini-workshop will help us uncover our own bias, and reveal the types of processes that can interrupt them.

Tine Willumsen, CEO, Above & Beyond, and Founder of the Danish Diversity Council, will share details on how the progressive Diversity Council’s work is fostering gender diversity in leadership in Denmark. The Council works with companies to develop and promote current employees to become the future generation of strong and competent female leaders utilizing relevant networks, businesses, and educational partners.
