AmCham’s HR Committee is pleased to invite all interested participants to a discussion about the changing landscape of talent attraction.

Attracting the best candidates for your company is getting more and more challenging due to the massive competition for talent globally.  Widespread digitalization means that the number of talent attraction channels is enormous, therefore building a robust talent pipeline has become an increasingly complex task. The fact that the best candidates have become very selective, and can access enormous amounts of information about your company, means that companies must also have a great employer brand.
