PowerBreakfast: Decoding Generation Z

AmCham Denmark is pleased to invite interested stakeholders to an inspiring Power Breakfast at the AmCham Loft with Dasha Marchetti, an Executive Director at Buck's County Community College.

It’s easy to imagine that recent breakthroughs in business, science, and technology were all at the hands of established global thought leaders. However, this is not the case. Some of the most innovative work in today’s world has been led by teens and young adults who are about to enter the workforce. They are called many things; Generation Zedd, iGeneration, Post-Millennials — but for short, Gen Z. By 2025 there will be over 2.56 billion Gen Z’s in the world. Will you be ready for them?

Welcome the dawn of a new age where toddlers are learning to code on iPads and teenagers are crowdsourcing to save the world. These are the new employees and consumers of the near distant future; the creators of new technology, and the global citizens of social solutions.

Companies are still focused on Millenials, but no one is ready for this new generation. Perhaps its because they don't know who Gen Z is. This session will help you learn about the new generation, understand their needs and expectations, and get a preview of how they will be as employees.

Join Bucks Innovate for a new and exciting Power Breakfast topic that has been capturing U.S. businesses and organizations by storm. Be the first to hear it in Denmark and help your organization be prepared for Gen Z.

*Please note that this event is for AmCham members only
