HR Committee: Incentive Schemes in Global Organizations – Get Updated!

Incentive schemes can be challenging to design, and how do you know if they actually work as intended? Moreover, incentive schemes designed to operate abroad might not work well in a Danish working environment nor comply with mandatory Danish employment law.

We invite you to a deep-dive discussion with your peers on incentives from an HR context, particularly with regards to designing an effective incentive program compliant with Danish laws and best practices, as well as administrating U.S. incentive programs for subsidiaries in Denmark.

Focus areas will include:

  • New law in parliament (changes to the Danish Act on Stock Options)
  • Administration of long-term incentive programs for subsidiaries in Denmark
  • Where are incentives placed within the organization?
  • How to design incentive scheme, and do they work as intended?

Speakers include:

David Elkjær, Practice Leader, Talent & Rewards Denmark, Willis Towers Watson
Anne Marie Abrahamson
, Partner & Employment Law Expert, Lundgrens
Annette Bjørke, HR Manager, Hess (tbc)
