Business Executives met at the AmCham Loft

On October 22, business executives and cybercrime professionals gathered at the AmCham Loft for an exclusive briefing and roundtable discussion with Assistant Secretary, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, Kirsten D. Madison.

Ms. Madison shared a U.S. policy update on cybercrime as well as the key elements of the new U.S. National Cyber Strategy, which was released in September. This strategy seeks to preserve cyberspace as an engine of a vibrant digital economy, with the United States working with foreign partners and other stakeholder groups to promote best practices and policies that enhance innovation, openness, and efficiency – and fight destabilizing state-sponsored and other malicious cyber activity.

The event was arranged in partnership with the U.S. State Department.
