AmCham Healthcare Committee Meets Kasper Lindgaard

On November 8, the AmCham Healthcare Committee gathered at the AmCham Loft for a roundtable with Kasper Lindgaard, Head of the Life Science Division at the Ministry of Business.

This was the Committee’s first meeting with Kasper Lindgaard, who has headed up the Ministry’s newly established Life Science Division since March, 2018. The division was established as part of the government’s life science growth plan announced earlier this year. Lindgaard shared his key priorities in his new role and how he sees the role of the international life science industry in Denmark. Key issues discussed included safe use of healthcare data, innovative procurement and public-private partnerships.

Kasper Lindgaard has previously served in multiple leading positions at the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen), Ministry for Economic Affairs & the Interior and DI. He has also previously served ad Director at Damvad. Kasper holds a Msc. in Economics from Copenhagen University.
