event invitations with fellow members via direct
mailings to AmCham's member database.

Choose to send a targeted mailing to the managing
executives, the sales & marketing teams or finance
managers, etc. in AmCham's membership. 

 

 

Procedures:
To request your database, please submit to the AmCham office an example of the material to be distributed along with a draft cover letter and type of database required (see options below). We ask that you make reference to your AmCham membership and address the recipients as "fellow AmCham members." The database information includes:

• Company name
• Contact name(s) and title(s)
• Physical mailing address
• Company telephone numbers for follow-up purposes.

Note: AmCham Denmark databases are strictly for the purpose for which they were requested. Re-use or distribution to third parties is not permitted.
