Partner Networking Event: 'Celebrate Women in IP' featuring Sofie Rud

2018 Global AIPLA Networking Event: Celebrate Women in IP featuring Sofie Rud
An encore for this very successful AIPLA networking event, running since 2015, will be hosted at Awapatent’s Copenhagen office, to celebrate women working in IP (Intellectual Property) around the world. NOT FOR WOMEN ONLY!

This event features an inspirational session with keynote speaker Sofie Rud, who is an experienced media and communications professional with 25 years of hands on experience from both Scandinavia and the US.

The American Dream – a personal story
Sofie Rud will share her own personal story about the ongoing struggle, fear and satisfaction of trying to realize a dream setting up her own business in the US.

What does it take on a professional and personal level to leave a corporate safehaven and what are the key takeaways after almost two years.

The event is for IP specialists, in-house counsel, outside counsel, patent attorneys, paralegals, inventors as well as people who work with any aspect of IP. You are more than welcome to forward this invitation to a colleague or IP professional. It will be a great evening of networking, inspiration and good food, with a chance to establish and strengthen relationships with others working in IP.  During the session, we’ll have a link-up with other sites around the world, celebrating women in IP through AIPLA, the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
