2025 Leadership Mentoring Program Kickoff

Mentoring in the age of AI: We invite program participants to the kickoff event of our 2025 Leadership Mentoring Program. 

The event will feature a keynote by Harvard Business Review authors Elisa Farri and Gabriele Rosani, experts on the topic of harnessing generative AI capabilities to achieve a significant edge over managers who do not. Using examples from their latest book, Generative AI for Managers: How to Use Gen AI to Save Time, Innovate Faster, and Lead Effectively, they’ll provide practical tips, prompts, case studies, and actionable ideas. Their goal is for participants to apply generative AI to a wide range of managerial tasks immediately, helping achieve impactful results – today.

During the event we will also announce the mentor / mentee pairings, as well as walk through the program detail and logistics. After that, you will be free to contact your partner, and start your mentoring journey together!

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Elisa Farri is Vice President at Capgemini Invent and a member of the Thinkers50 Radar Class of 2023. An author and frequent contributor to Harvard Business Review, Farri is an expert on management at the intersection of academia and business. Previously, she was a researcher at the Harvard Business School Europe Research Center in Paris, France.

Gabriele Rosani is Director of Content and Research at Capgemini Invent’s Management Lab. An author and frequent contributor to Harvard Business Review, Rosani is a management and strategy expert with over fifteen years of consultin
experience advising Fortune 500 companies. Previously, he worked at the European Centre for Strategic Innovation founded by Alessandro Di Fiore.
