2026 Kick-Off

Leadership Mentoring Program

2026 Kick-Off – Leadership Mentoring Program

We are pleased to invite program participants to the kickoff event of our 2026 Leadership Mentoring Program at AVT Business School – where we will announce the mentor/mentee pairs so you can start your mentoring journey!

The event will feature a keynote by global thought leader and Harvard Business Review author of Epic Disruptions, Scott D. Anthony, who will explore how truly transformative change unfolds—and why disruption is so often misunderstood. Drawing on lessons from history, he will reveal the recurring patterns behind breakthroughs that reshape industries and societies.

In a world being rapidly reshaped by AI and new business models, Anthony’s talk offers a timely lens for leaders and mentors. The focus is not on predicting the future, but on how to make smart decisions amid uncertainty, recognize early signals of change, and stay adaptable when the “right” choices don’t always look right in the moment.

We hope to see you there!

NOTE: This event is for 2026 mentoring program participants only.
