Leadership & Strategy in a Changing Security Landscape

AmCham Denmark is pleased to invite members and partners to an event on Leadership & Strategy in a Changing Security Landscape.

Effective leadership in high-stakes environments—whether in the military or business—demands responsibility, ownership, trust, and integrity. The ability to navigate uncertainty, make tough decisions, and inspire confidence is critical to success. At the same time, global conflicts like the war in Ukraine are reshaping modern warfare, challenging traditional military assumptions. As Denmark undergoes a historic defense expansion, there is a shift from an intervention-based approach to a territorial defense strategy focused on regional security and resilience.

Join U.S. Generals Ben Hodges & Tod Wolters for an insightful discussion on leadership in action, lessons from Ukraine, and what they might mean for Denmark’s evolving defense priorities. From strategic decision-making to trust-based leadership, this conversation will provide valuable perspectives for both executives and policymakers navigating complex challenges.
