HR Committee: Pay Transparency Readiness Briefing
AmCham’s HR Committee invites you to an in‑depth briefing on the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, now released in draft form in Denmark and scheduled to take effect in January 2027.
As companies prepare for major new obligations—ranging from documenting job categories and salary structures to increasing pay transparency and addressing unjustified gender pay gaps—this session will provide both legal clarity and practical guidance.
- Employment lawyers Marianne Granhøj (Kromann Reumert) and Anne Marie Abrahamson (Mazanti-Andersen) will outline the directive’s key requirements, implementation timeline, and its interaction with existing Danish employment rules.
- We will also hear from Lucye Provera, Senior Principal, Fair Pay Leader at Mercer, who will discuss how organizations can build job architecture, apply objective criteria, and integrate compliance into HR processes.
- Last but not least, Chief People Officer Christine Gadeberg from Nordea will share a corporate perspective on internal preparations and action already taken to achieve and maintain pay equity.
The event will culminate in a Q&A discussion where participants will have a chance to ask pertinent questions.
This event is designed for HR professionals, compliance leaders, and business executives seeking clear, actionable steps ahead of the 2026 implementation.
We hope you will join us for this timely and important session.
