Acting Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs. A Senior Executive Service member since 2013, he has held senior defense trade and industrial base roles across the Departments of State, Defense, and Commerce. He has co-chaired bilateral defense forums with key U.S. allies and been decorated by the governments of France, Germany, and Sweden for his contributions to international armaments cooperation.
