Who is the webinar aimed at?
The webinar is aimed especially at small and medium-sized companies that do not already have in-depth experience with Sales & Use Tax, and that have or are considering activities in the USA – for example via e-commerce, sales via platforms or physical presence. It is relevant for companies both with and without a local subsidiary, as the Sales & Use Tax rules apply to everyone trading in the American market. It will also be relevant for employees with responsibility for finance and accounting, reporting, tax or compliance. Participation does not require any special prerequisites, but an interest in the company’s activities in the USA is an advantage.

- Pernille Nørgaard Boris is Director of Strategic Advisory & Operations at DI USA. As an experienced project manager and strategic advisor specializing in internationalization, market analysis and business development in foreign markets, she has helped a large number of companies achieve success in the American market.
- Lee Fritts specializes in Sales & Use Tax and works closely with both clients and colleagues to support complex state and local tax and compliance needs. She is a Partner at RÖDL USA and has more than 25 years of experience, giving her deep professional expertise and long-standing industry insight.
- Kenneth Damsgaard Sørensen is a Danish state-authorized public accountant at RÖDL USA. With more than 15 years of experience, he works as a Director in the audit department, where he is primarily involved in reporting tasks for American subsidiaries owned by Danish and German companies.
