Partner Event: Get started with Transfer Pricing in the U.S.
The US Transfer Pricing rules differ significantly from Danish requirements and are central to Danish companies with activities in the USA. At this webinar, you will receive an introduction and an overview of the most important concepts, differences and points of attention relevant to companies operating between Denmark and the USA.
The webinar is held in English.
The webinar gives you insight into American transfer pricing rules, and what your company should pay particular attention to in connection with commercial activities in the USA. Afterwards, it may be necessary to seek specific advice to assess your company’s particular situation and obligations. We help you on your way to asking the right questions for the company’s continued work with transfer pricing in the USA.
We will cover, among other things:
- Why transfer pricing (TP) is important to be aware of, and the interplay between transfer pricing and tariff rates
- When and how transfer pricing documentation must be prepared
- Differences between American and Danish/OECD transfer pricing rules, including potential challenges with the established Danish setup in an American context
- Typical transactions and models – depending on the purpose of the American entity (distribution, sales or production)
- Practical examples of mistakes and consequences of non-compliance
- The Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS) focus and typical audit processes
- How DI and RÖDL USA can offer support and advice

Who is the webinar aimed at?
The webinar is aimed especially at companies with an American subsidiary. It will also be relevant for companies that have or are considering expanding their commercial activities in the USA – either via e-commerce or physical presence – and wish to understand compliance in connection with this.
