HR Forum: Smarter Collaboration with Heidi Gardner, PhD
Make your teams work better to increase innovation and retain the best talent.
With today’s challenges—market volatility, sustainability pressures and fast-changing technology — collaboration is tougher than ever. So how can we work better, both internally and externally, to tackle these issues and thrive?
Based on a pragmatic action plan, created from cases and empirical research from her upcoming book Smarter Collaboration, Harvard Law School Distinguished Fellow and Harvard Business Review bestselling author Heidi Gardner will deliver practical advice on how to implement the principles of smart collaboration to solve problems and innovate.
Dr. Gardner will also explore how to avoid potential pitfalls like misaligned incentives, collaboration overload, and unintended consequences on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
