Webinar Update: The pausing of the FCPA is over

In April AmCham hosted a webinar on the ‘Consequences of Trump Administration Pausing FCPA Enforcement’. The pausing of the FCPA is now over and in combination with The EU directive on combating corruption being back on the drawing board we find it timely to do an update on this critical compliance issue for Danish companies.

Enforcement will continue, but focus might be changing both in the US and in the EU.
