2025 AmCham Annual General Meeting Reviews Successful Year & Looks Ahead
AmCham Denmark’s 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) was hosted at Novonesis’ Innovation Center, and chaired by Anne Marie Abrahamson, partner at Mazanti-Andersen Law Firm.
Board Report
The first item on the agenda was the report from the Board of Directors, which was presented by AmCham Chair Tore von Würden (Amgen) who reviewed the past year’s activities, noting: “In 2024, AmCham performed above expectations with respect to our business plan goals and successfully capitalized on key opportunities.”
He added: “Throughout the year, AmCham brought its members inspiration, insight and thought leadership.” He rounded out by thanking AmCham’s board and members for their continued support throughout 2024.
AmCham Finances
In other AGM business, AmCham approved its 2024 accounts (prepared by Grant Thornton), approved the 2025 budget, and set the membership dues for 2026 – which remain unchanged.
Board Elections
AmCham also strengthened its Board with the election of Elisabeth Hellemose, General Manager, AIG, Torbjörn Weywadt Nilsen, President, NOV, and Amanda Rasmussen, SVP, Global Head, Order Management Solutions, DHL.
