AmCham, U.S. Embassy, & Lead Agency host Election Breakfast
On November 6, AmCham, in partnership with the U.S. Embassy and Lead Agency, hosted members, ministers, members of parliament, and other stakeholders for the traditional Election Breakfast event at Hotel D’Angleterre in Copenhagen as votes were tallied across the electoral map.
Before the official results were in, Stephen Brugger, Executive Director at AmCham Denmark, and Marianne Hjaltelin, CEO & Partner at Lead Agency, welcomed our guests and set the scene, followed by inspiring words from both Ambassador Alan Leventhal and Danish Minister of Foreign Affairs Lars Løkke Rasmussen on the impact of the election result and the strong transatlantic relationship between the United States and Denmark.
A very special thanks to the U.S. Embassy for making this event possible, Lead Agency for great cooperation, and Hotel D’Angleterre for hosting us in their beautiful ballroom.
At AmCham Denmark, we want to emphasize that Denmark was not on the ballot. The transatlantic relationship between Denmark and the U.S. remains strong, and we are committed to working with the new Administration to further strengthen this important relationship.
