AmCham’s 2026 Annual General Meeting
AmCham Denmark’s 2026 Annual General Meeting was hosted at ROCKWOOL’s Innovation Village, and chaired by Anne Marie Abrahamson, partner at Mazanti-Andersen Law Firm.
Board report
The first item on the agenda was the report from the Board of Directors, presented by the AmCham Chair, Tore von Würden, who reviewed the past year’s activities, noting:
“We exceeded our business plan goals while navigating the organization’s largest leadership change in 25 years. Following the transition from Stephen Brugger, Mark Draper joined as Executive Director in November, and AmCham remained focused on continuity—continuing to inspire and inform our members throughout the year.”
AmCham finances
In other AGM business, AmCham approved its 2025 accounts (prepared by Grant Thornton), approved the 2026 budget, and set new membership dues beginning from May 2026. The dues were raised to follow inflation.
Board elections
AmCham also strengthened its Board with the election of Søren Granhøj Pedersen (MSD), Morten Enggaard Rasmussen (Novonesis), Trine Strømsnes (Cisco), Carole Hassoun (Roche), and Mikael Thomsen (DSV).

Following the AGM, AmCham presented its annual Transatlantic Summit featuring U.S. Ambassador Ken Howery, Jes Munk Hansen, CEO of ROCKWOOL, and Las Olsen, Chief Economist at Danske Bank, with a panel discussion moderated by journalist Mette W. Vestergaard. Read more about the Transatlantic Summit.
