Exploring the implications of generative AI in financial crime

On August 29th, AmCham’s Security Forum partnered on a seminar with ACFCS Nordic and SAS to discuss the opportunities for using Gen AI in fighting financial crime.

There’s been a slow adoption rate of AI technology, and especially generative AI, in the fincrime community. During the event, which was held at SAS’ Copenhagen office, participants heard from subject-matter-experts who discussed ways forward. The discussion shed light on how the technology is used today, how it can be used in the future, along with the pitfalls that are hiding in the shadows.
