Google Wins the 2024 AmCham Cup

Fairway fun and business done: A day well-spent on Simon’s Golf Course! 17 teams from all sectors of Denmark’s international business community had a fantastic day at the 23rd Annual AmCham Cup Golf Tournament, enjoying friendly competition, great prizes, and camaraderie.

The fun day started with breakfast at The Lakeside Restaurant and a course briefing by AmCham’s Stephen Brugger. The tournament’s format, Texas Scramble – ‘Drop Out’ Stroke Play, beginning with a “Silent” Shotgun start, kept golfers on their toes and ensured everyone had a great day.

A big congratulations to team Google for their impressive win. And also to Teams Accura and Bech Bruun, for coming in second and third place respectively. Well done! Once again, the highlight of the awards ceremony was a drawing for a gift certificate from Icelandair for tickets to one of their many destinations including the U.S. and Canada.

And, no matter what the prize, it was a perfect blend of networking and fun on the greens.
