HR Forum Discusses Smarter Collaboration

AmCham’s HR Forum explored ways to improve teams to increase innovation and retain the best talent.

With today’s challenges—market volatility, sustainability pressures and fast-changing technology — collaboration is tougher than ever. This insightful event focused on ways to work better, both internally and externally, to tackle these issues and thrive.

Based on a pragmatic action plan, created from cases and empirical research from their book Smarter Collaboration, Harvard Business Review authors Heidi Gardner & Ivan Matviak  delivered practical advice on how to implement the principles of smart collaboration to solve problems and innovate.

The team also explored how to avoid potential pitfalls like misaligned incentives, collaboration overload, and unintended consequences on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
