Kick-Off of our 2026 Leadership Mentoring Program

AmCham kicked off its 2026 Leadership Mentoring Program at AVT Business School in Copenhagen with a keynote by Scott D. Anthony — globally recognised expert on disruptive change, Harvard Business Review author, and Clinical Professor of Strategy at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.

Drawing on his book Epic Disruptions, Anthony explored the recurring patterns behind transformative change — and why disruption is so often misunderstood.

In a world reshaped by AI and new business models, his message was less about predicting the future and more about making sound decisions under uncertainty, spotting early signals of change, and staying adaptable when the right choice isn’t obvious in the moment.

Afterwards, Therese Oliver, AmCham’s mentoring program lead, announced this year’s cross-industry pairs, who met each other for the first time. The program offers an arena where professionals and leaders with international experience can exchange perspectives and sharpen their leadership skills on both sides of the equation.
