Leadership Mentoring Program Celebrates a Successful 2025

On November 11, participants from AmCham’s 2025 Leadership Mentoring Program gathered for the program’s final event, hosted by SAS.

The evening featured an inspirational talk with Karsten Breum, Chief People Officer & member of the Executive Leadership Team at Danske Bank, who shared insights on the company’s remarkable turnaround journey over the past five years – and how strategic leadership has been key to restoring trust both internally and externally.

Participants received plaques of program completion, followed by a celebratory networking reception to round out the 2025 program in style.
