Amy Gallo is an expert in conflict, communication, and workplace dynamics. She has written two books and is a contributing editor at Harvard Business Review, co-host of the Women at Work podcast, and a former management consultant. She has also contributed to books on feedback, emotional intelligence, and managing others. She is on the faculty of the Emotional Intelligence Coaching Certification program, has taught at Brown and UPenn, and is a graduate of Brown and Yale University.
