Womenomics Global DE&I Summit 2024

AmCham Denmark was delighted to partner with the Above & Beyond Group for the 2024 Womenomics Global DE&I Summit, held on May 13 at the Royal Danish Opera.

‘Cultural Transformation – Delivering Real Impact’ was this year’s theme, with inspirational CEOs, international DE&I experts, decision-makers, politicians and innovative entrepreneurs sharing their insights.

Award recipients included:
Margrethe Vestager was honored with the Womenomics Leadership Award 2024 for her distinguished political career within the EU, advocacy for gender equality and her leadership in establishing ethical AI guidelines, reflecting her profound societal impact.

Dr. Ellen Ochoa was honored with the Womenomics Global Impact Award 2024, acknowledging her pioneering role as the first Hispanic woman in space and her influential career at NASA – National Aeronautics and Space Administration, serving as an inspiration for future generations in STEM and space exploration.

Pamela Hutchinson OBE was honored with the Womenomics DE&I Award 2024, celebrating her impactful work in the financial sector, notably as Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Bloomberg, and enhancing workplace culture across the industry.
