U.S. Embassy Celebrates Independence Day at Rydhave
The U.S. Embassy in Copenhagen celebrated the 248th American Independence Day at a garden party reception at Rydhave. The event was held on the sunny afternoon of June 27 and guests included International Diplomats, Danish Governmental Officials, and the American-Danish business community – including many AmCham members.
Hosted by U.S. Ambassador Alan Leventhal, the reception featured an official United States color guard. In his remarks celebrating the event, the Ambassador said: “The world is a better place when Denmark and the U.S. work together”. He emphasized U.S.-Danish collaboration on the environment, innovation, and especially security and the work in NATO
