Partner Event: Status of U.S. Visas during COVID19 and Trump Proclamations

AmCham is pleased to invite members and stakeholders to a partner event with DI on U.S. visas during covid-19 and the latests U.S. immigration restrictions.

With a recent proclamation issued, U.S. President Donald Trump extended and expanded immigration restrictions to limit the entry of foreign workers to the United States. This webinar offers you insights to the presidential proclamation in the US and the consequences for Danish companies.

On June 22, the Trump administration issued a presidential proclamation suspending the entry of individuals to the United States on select non-immigrant visas, as well as their dependents. The order will primarily impact individuals currently outside the United States seeking a visa at a U.S. consulate or embassy abroad.

The order comes as an expansion of the Trump administration’s executive order from April 22, suspending the entry of individuals traveling to the United States on immigrant visas. Join The Confederation of Danish Industry and one of the leading Danish-American law firms, Thomas Martin Law, for a complimentary webinar to discuss the recent Presidential Proclamation. During the webinar, we will review the categories of visas to which the Proclamations apply, and explore how your business and employees could be affected.
