Highlighting Trends in DEI: Key Findings & Insights

AmCham is pleased to invite members to an event focused on the latest trends in DEI, presenting findings from Inclusive Matters’ “2023 C25 Diversity Footprint Report”.

While most companies talk about their DEI programs as important for business and the bottom line, many remain uncertain as to whether their own policies ‘stand up’ in today’s business climate, or how to make sustainable and lasting change.

The annual Diversity Footprint Report is a benchmark of the Danish C25 companies, that assesses how well they “walk the talk” of their Diversity & Inclusion program. The report will be presented by Inclusive Matters CEO Chandre Torpet, and will set the scene for our executive speakers: ISS Global Head of DEI, Margot Slattery,  who will talk about creating a culture of belonging.
