A Candid Conversation on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

AmCham Denmark, in partnership with the U.S. Embassy, invites our executive leaders to an intimate, high-level diversity & inclusion roundtable with Lori George Billingsley, the former Global Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Officer for The Coca-Cola Company.

As businesses and stakeholders worldwide focus on DEI, many leaders have questions about what steps to take, how to measure progress, and how to ensure that DEI drives business results.

During this discussion, held under ‘Chatham House Rule’, you will have the opportunity to talk candidly about your concerns, challenges and experiences on the DEI journey. “Should we be doing more?” “Are we just prioritizing diversity over quality?” “Am I an inclusive leader?”

Join us for a roundtable to learn the best practices in corporate DEI from thought leader Lori George Billingsley, who just retired from The Coca-Cola Company, where she served as the Global Chief DEI Officer. During her tenure, Coca-Cola set bold goals (including being 50% led by women and mirroring its markets by 2030), built a more inclusive culture, launched the first-ever global pay equity analysis, and tied executive pay to progress on DEI.
