Navigating the Upcoming U.S. Tax Reform
AmCham Denmark, in partnership with KPMG, is pleased to invite you to a seminar on the proposed 2021 U.S. tax reform.
The U.S. Congress is prior to year end expected to pass a new US tax reform which may have significant impact on U.S. companies, Danish headed multinationals and investors in the U.S. Material changes to the US tax landscape for corporations and individuals do not only include increasing tax rates but also amendments to tax rules in order to align with the OECD BEPS 2.0 project introducing global minimum effective taxation.
This seminar will address:
– U.S. Tax reform process and political outlook
– Key U.S. tax reform proposals and interaction with OECD BEPS 2.0
– Recommended actions and observation points for CFOs and heads of tax in preparation of the U.S. tax reform.

Speakers
U.S. speaker, Sam Riesenberg, Partner and international tax expert with KPMG, will be present at KPMG Acor Tax to ensure an interesting discussion and successful networking session. Riesenberg is responsible for KPMG’s tax advice on U.S. matters, and KPMG Acor Tax have worked closely with him for a long time now in connection with Danish pension funds’ investments in the U.S..
Kristoffer Kowalski, Partner, Corporate Tax, KPMG will provide perspectives on U.S. tax reform relevant to Danish multinationals and investors. Kowalski has strong experience in Danish and international tax with larger complex transactions within mergers and acquisitions as well as international restructuring and financial transactions.
