U.S. Sanctions Enforcement and Foreign Investment Controls Affecting Danish Businesses and Investors

AmCham Denmark, in partnership with the U.S. Embassy and the Confederation of Danish Industry is pleased to invite AmCham members and invited guests to a webinar about U.S. sanctions enforcement and foreign investment controls affecting Danish businesses and investors.

The webinar will feature a discussion and moderated Q&A with DC-based international trade lawyer Edward Lebow, who will talk about the application of U.S. sanctions by the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the increasing prominence of government review of foreign investments by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
