Update On U.S. Tax Reform And The OECD Digital Agenda
AmCham Denmark, in partnership with Dansk Erhverv & PwC, is pleased to invite you to an “Update On U.S. Tax Reform And The OECD Digital Agenda”.
Both U.S. and Danish global corporations need to be fully aware of upcoming changes in international tax architecture.
Curently a rebalancing between source and residence states is being negotiated within the OECD framework with the aim of finding a solution to the tax challenges arising from the digitalization of the economy.
Some of the proposals on the table are inspired by the U.S. tax reform and are broader in scope than the digital industry because all industries become more and more digital.
The ambitious goal is to have a global solution before the end of 2020 to prevent countries to continue implementing unilateral measures, i.e. digital turnover taxes, hindering foreign direct investments and growth.
Don’t miss this opportunity to get the latest updates from PwC experts of the current OECD tax negotiations and the recent U.S. tax reform and how this impacts your company.
