A Candid Conversation on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion with Lori George Billingsley

AmCham Denmark, in partnership with the U.S. Embassy welcomed DEI executives to a roundtable discussion with Lori George Billingsley, (former) Global Chief DEI Officer at the Coca-Cola Company.

Ms. Billingsley’s talk centered around developing an inclusive workplace, and during a candid discussion, executives shared their obstacles and reflected on ways forward to creating more inclusivity in their own organizations.

During the discussion, Chandre Torpet, CEO of Inclusive Matters, shared her 4th Annual Diversity Footprint, which showed how Danish companies have progressed with their DEI strategies over the last 5 years – but there is still a long way to go.
