AmCham Strengthens its Board of Directors with New Members
AmCham Denmark is pleased to announce the appointment of three new board members:
- Julie Enevold Brooker, Country Director, Janssen-Cilag
- Amy Hebert, Chief Commercial Officer, Haldor Topsøe
- Carsten J. Videcrantz, Managing Director, Cisco Denmark

Julie Enevold Brooker, Country Director, Janssen-Cilag
Julie Enevold Brooker has served as Country Director for Janssen-Cilag, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, since February 2020. Prior to serving as the Chair of the Board for The Danish Pharmaceutical Industry Association (LIF) from 2018-19 and as Board Member from 2016-18, Ms. Brooker held several leadership roles at AstraZeneca, where she spent 14 years optimizing the organization and delivering significant results with a highly motivated team. In her current role as Country Director, she oversees the development and operations of the newly established Danish organization that strives to be locally rooted in Denmark, with a global-American perspective. Ms. Brooker holds a Master’s Degree in International Marketing from the University of Southern Denmark along with a series of top management trainings from institutions such as MIT and Cambridge.
Amy Hebert, Chief Commercial Officer, Haldor Topsøe
Amy Hebert has served as Haldor Topsøe’s Chief Commercial Officer since February 2018 and has been a supervisory board member of IMCD since June 2020. Ms. Hebert served as Vice President of Europe Region and Vice President Global Sales Acetyl Chain at Celanese Corporation where she was responsible for various strategic and operational tasks. Prior to this, Ms. Hebert led the catalyst business as Vice President and Executive Officer at Albemarle Corporation, creating and executing long-term business strategies and managing financial performance. Ms. Hebert holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, and a minor in French from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Carsten J. Videcrantz, Managing Director, Cisco Denmark
Carsten Videcrantz has served as the Managing Director at Cisco Denmark since 2019 and has held various leadership positions in the company since 2005. As a member of the North Senior Leadership Team, he is responsible for leading the Danish operation including the strategic direction for Cisco Denmark as well as contributing to joint Nordic & Benelux business transformation initiatives. With a passion for leadership and developing highly motivated, world-class teams, Mr. Videcrantz has a proven track record of top performance in Denmark and internationally (Cisco, Ericsson, Avnet, Mintera). Mr. Videcrantz holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. degree from the Technical University of Denmark.
