Building a Strong Hybrid Company Culture

On May 31, AmCham’s HR Committee held an event on “Creating a Hybrid Company Culture” at 360 Law Firm in Copenhagen. The session was the 2nd of AmCham HR Committee’s ‘Evolution of HR’ theme for 2022.

The event examined how leaders must be intentional about building workplace culture where employees feel connected, collaborative and engaged– wherever they work. Nowadays, the biggest challenges lie in the fact that all of this must be done in a context that is increasingly remote and time-asynchronous.

During the event executives across sectors shared their unique approaches and challenges, which led to an interactive panel discussion.
