How Will Changes to The Buy American Act Affect U.S. Operations?

AmCham Denmark, in partnership with Holland & Knight and Confederation of Danish Industry (DI), invited members and stakeholders to an exclusive webinar on the legal changes to the Buy American Act.

During 2021, there have been several U.S. legal changes to the Buy American Act and other U.S. domestic preference laws. The intent is to strengthen the “America First” agenda and bolster the U.S. manufacturing base.

Therefore, it is important for non-U.S. companies to understand the current U.S. legal landscape as well as the future direction.
