HR Committee on Leadership in a New Paradigm

On October 25, AmCham’s HR Committee held an event on “Leadership in a New Paradigm” at Kromann Reumert in Copenhagen. The session was the final installment of AmCham HR Committee’s ‘Evolution of HR’ theme for 2022.

The event examined how companies are developing leaders in a new world of work, where a shift in employee demands create a shift in leadership approach.

During the event executives across sectors shared their unique approaches and challenges, which led to an interactive panel discussion moderated by HR Committee Steering Group members Marianne Granhøj (Kromann Reumert) and Linda Vestergaard (Roche Denmark.)
