Inclusive Leadership With Dr. Ernest Gundling

On May 17, AmCham Denmark hosted a virtual event on inclusive leadership with Aperian Global CEO & Author Dr. Ernest Gundling, who shared information from his latest book ‘Inclusive Leadership, Global Impact.’

During an interview with AmCham Board Member Tisha Boatman (Siemens Healthineers), Dr. Gundling shared some of his findings including practical ways to move from knowledge about unconscious bias and bias fatigue to inclusive, everyday actions for organizations as well as major trends in the current inclusion landscape, with advice about risk mitigation, competitive advantage, and commitments to equity.
