International Citizen Days 2021

On September 24 & 25, International House Copenhagen & the City of Copenhagen hosted the 3rd annual International Citizen Days at DGI Byen,  where expats & newcomers learned about all aspects of living in the capital region.

AmCham Denmark was pleased to support this initiative, where more than 700 internationals participated in seminars and entertainment for the whole family.

AmCham’s Executive Director, Stephen Brugger, was Master of Ceremonies in the main auditorium, where participants had the opportunity to hear from experts about housing, tax, job search and even establishing a new network and jump-starting their social lives.

Participants also had the chance to meet, engage with public authorities– and even have conversations with experienced expats in the “Living Library”. In all there were 60 information booths to assist with all aspects of life in Denmark.

International Citizen Days was organized by International House Copenhagen and funded by The City of Copenhagen, The Capital Region of Copenhagen, Greater Copenhagen, The Confederation of Danish Industry (DI), Finansforbundet and The Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (Akademikerne).

AmCham looks forward to the 4th annual International Citizen Days in 2022!
