Mentoring Program Wraps up a Successful Year

On November 29, participants from AmCham’s 2022 Leadership Mentoring Program gathered at the U.S. Ambassador’s Residence, Rydhave, for the final event of 2022.

The event was hosted by U.S. Ambassador Alan Leventhal, who helped lead the discussion between mentors and mentees about their top takeaways from the program. Everyone appreciated the program’s cross-sector pairing, and felt that they improved both their leadership skills, as well as their understanding of other industry’s ways of doing business. The main message was that the program was a fantastic benefit for both mentors and mentees.
