Post U.S. Midterm Election Briefing

AmCham Denmark, in partnership with Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) and Kongressen.com, invited members to a virtual post U.S. Midterm Election briefing.

The U.S. is the biggest Danish export market and the most important political ally to the EU. During the webinar yesterday, Anders Agner Pedersen, (Editor-in-Chief, Kongressen.com), Louis Funder (General Manager, DI USA), and Stephen Brugger (Director of AmCham Denmark) reviewed the election results from a political and business perspective.

Where things currently stand:
The Republicans are taking the lead in the House and the Senate race is too close to call. Republicans need to pick up two of the three undecided competitive races to take control of the Senate. It will be up to the final three states: Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada to decide.
