U.S. Embassy Visa Updates

AmCham Denmark, in partnership with U.S. Embassy’s Consular Section and Dansk Industri, invited members and guests to a virtual update on U.S. visa processing.

During the session, the U.S. Embassy’s Consular Section Chief Christine Fagan and Visa Unit Chief Leyth Swidan provided the latest on travel to the United States, relevant visa categories for Danish companies with specific focus on L intracompany transfer visas, E investor visas and ESTA travel. Moreover, an update on some new procedures and what to expect in terms appointment and processing timelines.

The U.S. Embassy is continuing to process all classes of visas and is fully focused on working to improve visa response time of visa applications to meet the increasing demand from business.
