Unveiling the Business Implications of Transatlantic Sustainability Requirements

On January 29, AmCham members and stakeholders attended a kickoff event for the Sustainability Forum, exploring sustainability from a transatlantic business perspective.

The session featured briefings from Jørgen Wissing Jensen of the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen) and Adrian Wain from UL Solutions, providing insights on the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the dynamics of the U.S. market.

The event concluded in a thought-provoking panel discussion, where the keynote speakers were joined by two executive experts, Annette Spanggaard (Coca-Cola) and Jesper Bjerregaard (BASF), offering valuable insights on best practices on compliance strategies.
