AmCham’s Leadership Mentoring Program Launch

AmCham is pleased to invite program participants to the kickoff event of our new Leadership Mentoring Program, offering an arena where professionals and leaders with international experience can learn from each other.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this kickoff will be held virtually.

The event will feature a leadership presentation from Tisha Boatman, Managing Director of Siemens Healthineers Denmark, Nordic and Baltic Zones.

According to Tisha, a great leader sets and continually reinforces a compelling vision, empowering other leaders to achieve their best on behalf of that vision. Great leaders encourage and motivate, and sometimes challenge or work to remove roadblocks. But mostly they support others to be their best. A proponent of mentoring programs, she herself has invested in Executive Coaching over time, and currently has an external coach who she works with to challenge her own mindset. Tisha will share her experiences as a leader – and how coaching has helped her grow and take on new challenges.

During the event we will also announce the mentor / mentee pairings, as well as walk through the program detail and logistics. After that, you will be free to contact your partner, and start your mentoring journey together!
