Mentoring Program

AmCham’s Leadership Mentoring Program provides a forum for professionals and leaders with international experience to exchange knowledge and learn from one another. Participating companies designate a senior leader as mentor and a top-performing representative as mentee.

The cross-industry format fosters objective dialogue, broader sector insight, and lasting networks.

This eleven-month program includes group events and individual sessions, and is offered at no cost to AmCham’s Patron and Elite member companies.
