Leadership Mentoring Program
AmCham Denmark is pleased to announce its Leadership Mentoring Program to further leverage our extensive network of executive leaders.
AmCham’s Leadership Mentoring Program is designed to offer an arena where young professionals and leaders with international experience can exchange experiences and learn from each other. Cross-industry pairs of mentors & mentees will be matched based on interests and goals, to promote inter-industry dialogue and share best practices.
The program aims to improve leadership skills on both sides of the equation. Mentees will develop decision-making and leadership skills as well as gain new perspectives by working with experienced executive leaders. Mentors will gain valuable insight into the perspective of a young professional from a different industry, who may have very different methods and approaches to their work.
Participating companies must commit a senior leadership mentor to the program and name a top-performing representative to participate as a mentee.
The eleven-month interactive program will feature all-participant group events, along with 1:1 sessions, and it is reserved for Executives in AmCham’s Patron member companies.
