Mentoring Program

The AmCham Leadership Mentoring Program offers a unique platform for professionals and senior leaders with international experience to exchange insights and learn from one another.

Participating companies nominate a senior leader to serve as a mentor and a high-potential employee as a mentee. Based on a preliminary survey, mentors and mentees are then paired with counterparts from a different industry.

This cross-sector approach encourages objective discussions, broadens perspectives across industries, and helps build strong, lasting professional networks.

The program runs over 11 months and includes a combination of group events and one-on-one mentoring sessions. It is reserved for AmCham’s Patron and Elite member companies, and it offered at no additional cost.
