About Us
AmCham’s Human Resources Committee brings together senior HR executives from member companies. It serves as a platform for sharing insights, discussing key challenges, and exchanging best practices relevant to international organizations.
Mission
To build a strong network of HR leaders across multinational companies in Denmark, fostering knowledge-sharing and providing a forum to address HR topics impacting globally operating businesses.
Activities
The Committee has a steering group of HR Executives from 8 multinational companies who help develop the annual events program. The Committee hosts 3–4 HR-focused events annually, including sessions with thought leaders on strategic workforce trends, as well as expert roundtables on compliance and operational HR topics.
