2023 Mentoring Program Wraps up a Successful Year

On November 14, participants from AmCham’s 2023 Leadership Mentoring Program gathered at Coca-Cola’s beautiful waterfront venue in Hellerup, for the final event of 2023.

The event featured an inspirational talk with Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae, Chairman of the Board for Finnair, BoConcept, TCM group, and more – who, in her very direct and uninhibited tone, shared her valuable leadership philosophy.

Do a premortem analysis of potential challenges and setbacks.

– Results Over Process:
It’s not about the process but the results it yields.

– Priority and Focus:
Don’t prioritize; instead, focus.
Focus means choosing what’s crucial to achieve the desired results.

Be clear on what you are trying to achieve.
To reach your destination, have a clear objective in mind.
