AmCham Launches 2023 Leadership Mentoring Program

AmCham kicked off its 2023 Leadership Mentoring Program at member company DLA Piper’s offices in Copenhagen.

The program offers an arena where professionals and leaders with international experience can exchange experiences and learn from each other across industries – with the aim of improving leadership skills on both sides of the equation.

The event featured a keynote by Anja Monrad, Senior Vice President & General Manager of Dell Technologies, Western Europe, who talked about her leadership journey. Her inspiring presentation can be viewed here.

Afterwards, AmCham’s mentoring program lead, Therese Oliver, reviewed the program and announced the 22 cross-industry pairs – who had a chance to meet each other for the first time.
